Diego Morata (UEFA PRO License) is Lancaster Elite’s – Director of Methodology (RCD Espanyol Academy Technical Director)

Diego is over seeing the implementation of a Methodology of Possession Soccer throughout the Club. It is a method whose philosophy is designed in order for the player to learn, to look, perceive and decide. The Methodology is based in the philosophy of footwork and ball control. It is a model that is being used by the best European Academy’s and is being implemented and taught at Lancaster Elite.  As a coach, I have achieved great achievements at the national level and the promotion of players, who are currently in elite, European and American leagues(Jordi Alba, Ilie Sanchez, Keita Balde and many others including Women’s Spanish World Cup Team Players)
